SPECIFICS
Rates can be discussed for longer stays and during the winter. Costs include: electricity, gas, water, fireplace in winter, maintenance pool, and airport pick-up service.
No fixed check-in/check-out day. The small separate cottage (the guest house) might be used by the owner (in which case you can make a trip on a large rib boat).
Pets only after consultation.
To secure your reservation, we will ask you to pay 25% of the total booking price upon reservation. We request that you pay the rest at least 4 weeks before your arrival.
